Owl Roof 100% Silicone Roof Coating is a single coat system with the benefit of not requiring any reinforcement membrane. This is unlike similar products on the market. By using Owl Roof , you will get all the benefits of restoring your flat roof at half the cost. This system is ideal for felt roof repair and renovation of camper vans, extensions, garages, mobile homes, caravans, shed roof repair, roof flashings and canopies. Very easy application by brush or roller.

@mando317 we would have a separate liquid rubber system that would be suitable for areas with traffic, the silicone system is only for aged roofs(felt/asphalt bitumen or cement). @jackbauer Hi Jack the Owl silicone will be perfect no problem, we would recommend to reinforce the joints as part of the application( pretty straight forward) as they would normally be the weak points.
