Kale Leaves (for Cooking & Smoothies)

Shown in the first photo is 100g of kale for reference. This is normally how much I add to my kale smoothies, accompanied by two bananas, an apple, and some frozen berries; topped up with a milk of your choice. This is a generous serving of kale so some might consider it enough for 2-3 smoothies with more fruit added instead. I tend to cut the long stems off before weighing as shown but stems are available free upon request as they are full of nutrients too!

I use a Nutrabullet to make smoothies but also boil, fry, airfry, and make soup with this kale and tastes great any time of year!

Minimum order of 500g for €8.

Please understand availability varies depending on demand & time of year. All orders are picked fresh & should be kept refrigerated. Can keep for 10 days if stored correctly.
