This building is 5m by 4m. This building is constructed with 100mm by 50mm kiln dried frames then wrapped with Laydex Breathe-X Membrane. The exterior is 22mm kiln dried shiplap weatherboard designed for climate to ensure your safety with the harsh Irish weather.

We use Knauf 100mm in the walls and 150mm insulation in the roof.
The insulation is the best possible Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification, and is manufactured using Knauf Insulation's unique bio-based binder, ECOSE Technology.

Inside is finished with 12mm TGV planned timber.

Windows and doors are all Upvc and you can choose from different styles, colours and openings.

Our roof trims and roof is supplied In PVC black coated steel cladding to ensure no water leaking for extra peace of mind.

The complete package is now available for only €9499 Ex VAT. Price includes delivery and assembly in Wicklow and Dublin on a level site.
