Still has the factory film on the screen.
Idiotically dropped a mug on the corner which has rendered the screen unresponsive. The phone has barely been used annoyingly so I have switched back to my old phone.

Is the touchscreen unresponsive only in the corner where the mug hit, or is the whole screen not responding?
Was thinking if you say you were on holidays when you got home this week upon opening the parcel it was likely damaged from travel from the company they should replace it. Just factory reset it.
You can also buy a replacement screen on AliExpress for $88.59 and You Tube how to change screens the tool kit to use is about $3.50
