It’s for off road use and you can abide by the law if you keep it to the 25km on the setting
You can’t go above 100km on a car but you the max speed in most cars is double that,

Agree but as it can be unlocked it is classified for purpose of legal rd use at the higher unlocked level. That is the law. Lots of these being missold as legal ebikes when they are in fact legally Le1-b or Le1- a emopeds
