EZ bar constructed with bearings rather than bushes, specifically to make the bar more versatile over fast and slow lifting exercises. Bars with bearings are commonly more expensive than those made with bushes.
Suitable for use with all proper Olympic 2” weight plates.
Precision engineered, high quality steel with a max load of 150kg.
Bar is etched with a regular knurl, to provide comfortable grip across a range of heavier and lighter exercises.
Bar can be used for a range of exercises, not just bicep curls, such as forearm curls, tricep extensions, skullcrushers, military press, bench press, close grip bench press, upright and bent over rows as well as all lunge and squat exercise variations.
Compact EZ bar design is much more versatile and convenient than using a 7ft barbell. Ideal for those serious about home workouts and much more cost effective than a 7ft barbell.
Advantages of the EZ Curl Bar:
• Angle – The angled grip of an EZ curl bar reduces pressure on wrists, elbows and shoulders, allowing heavier or longer training to continue without unnecessary discomfort or injury.
• Size – EZ curl bars are much more practical than using a 7ft barbell. They’re smaller, lighter and great for working your upper body. They’re also ideal for anyone training at home who is short on space.
• Isolation – the angled bar helps give a more complete bicep and tricep workout. Targeting specific muscle heads is achievable using an EZ bar.
• Accessibility – EZ curl bars can be used by pretty much any ability. They’re great for anyone who is fairly new to lifting – especially as they’re not too heavy and cumbersome. And if you’re a more experienced lifter, they’ll give that variety required to build strength.
Let me know if you’re around tomorrow morning, if you know the Maxol garage on the Straffan Road, it’s a handy place to meet. Otherwise it’ll be Thursday before I can get away.
You still interested in an EZ bar? I’ll be around this week to arrange collection of so.
Grand job, not around this evening but will be tomorrow evening if that suits? Otherwise around most of the week.
I’m actually running behind today, can do around 21.30, or tomorrow eve if that suits better?
Hi Tim, I won’t be back in Maynooth until tomorrow. Am available to get the bar to you then, could do €65.
It’ll be at least 18.00 by the time I’m back in Maynooth, will keep you updated.

Apologies for the delay
Hi Tim, apologies for late response, I’ll be back in Maynooth on 3rd, could we arrange collection then?
