@gnidrah: Hi, sorry for the late reply - I was away for a while. This pump I am selling is a replacement for the previous pump I had that failed. I don't have a paper copy of the receipt, since it was part of a larger renovation in 2018 and I failed to request a receipt from the builders. When I requested a pump replacement I only had to fill out the form and attach a photo of the back plate. The only most recent thing I can provide is the GPI Site Visit Request form (Domestic Customers) with all the details of the previous pump.
