electric scooter

Bought this electric scooter about 3 months ago but unfortunately my office was relocated, so cannot use this anymore. Bought it for 600 euros ( 500 for scooter plus 100 for rain protection, receipts can be shown) it’s under warranty for 1 year. Very good condition, sturdy scooter, only fix that is needed is the rubber knob that goes on top of charging point on scooter( which is just for protection) as per the seller, it can carry person weighing 100kg but in my experience (I weigh 77 kg) and it needs to be driven at speed setting 3 (at lower setting it won’t move). I showed this to the seller and I was told it’s normal. If you weigh less, it would ride at lower speed settings too. It would run at 25-26 kmph at ease for me.
