Overview:

Upgraded with a NEW Sentinel Eco Pro fabric, the Vango Hexaway Pro Tall awning is available in the new Shadow Grey colour, with recycled plastic bottles used to manufacture the fabric, reducing the impact of plastic on the manufacturing process.
The Hexaway still has the brilliant 420 Denier polyester, double-ripstop with a hydrostatic head of 6000mm.
The Hexagonal design makes it perfect for the social setting, with ample living space, and a large connecting panel to provide additional storage space to the shelter.

The Hexaway has a drive-away design, making it ideal for those needing an awning that is simple to attach to their van, and to disconnect from the van, for use of the vehicle throughout the daytime. The Hex also has mesh ventilation on the window panels, with zipped privacy curtains for the evening. The mesh windows aid reduction of condensation, to make camping conditions more comfortable.

The Hex also has an Airbeam design, for easy pitching, and single-point inflation, for an easier experience when setting up and setting down.

Methods of Attachment

(Preferred for Motorhomes) Pre Attached Kador Rail 6mm - slides straight into a rail, or wind out awning. (Fiamma Requires a 4mm Drive Away Kit). Purchase a drive-away kit for the ability to be able to drive off-site.
Velcro Straps - easily attach to roof bars should the van have these.
Sleeve for Pole and Clamp Kit to allow for older styles of camper van, which have a gutter fitted to the side of the van.
8M Storm Straps - can be thrown over the vehicle and pegged down the other side.

Key Features:

Sentinel Eco Fabrics: A massively upgraded fabric, offering 420 Denier Ripstop polyester, which is highly durable, tear-resistant, and designed to be out earlier and later into the season. The Eco fabrics are now manufactured with recycled plastic bottles to help reduce the impact of manufacturing. The fabric still offers the same great Vango quality, with a 6000mm hydrostatic head, to ensure the awning remains highly waterproof.
Mid-Line Design: Designed to fit the growing trend of motorhomes and camper vans, with a mid-line height, such as the Fiat Ducato style vans in the market, or compact motorhomes with a lower height than the taller motorhomes. The connecting panel has an adjustable height of 215-255cm, which can be adjusted with tension straps on either side of the connecting panel.
Drive Away Capability: The Hexaway comes complete with the ability to free-stand, which means the awning can be left on the campsite for the day, whilst the van is taken offsite for the day.

Hexagonal Design: Offers plenty of living space, storage space, and the ideal place to sit and socialise as a group. The design is unique in the marketplace, as the design is registered.

Connecting Panel: A large storage space that connects the awning to the camper van habitation door, the panel also has two off-set doors for easier access into the van, without having to step foot in the awning living space.

The Hexaway is a hexagonal shape, which is perfect for social space on the exterior of the camper van. The Airbeam design also greatly aids the pitching of the shelter, to ensure it is pitched within 10-15 minutes. Further to this, the inflatable nature of the product, makes set down quick and easy also. The Superbeam offers a 13cm diameter tube, which is strong, and reliable, a great partner to the 420 Polyester fabric.
