@haiqa: Hi, delivery is generally next day as we use DPD couriers' 24hr service. This excludes weekends.

In unlikely event of a warranty claim, we will arrange to have the treadmill collected, repaired and sent back to you.

@haiqa: Your receipt is your warranty. If you lose the receipt, then we will have you on our system and we can tell in any case using the chassis number on the treadmill. If it's a legitimate warranty claim, and isn't caused by user negligence then we cover courier costs.
