Phil and Ted double buggy

Phil and Ted double buggy. It has some wear and tear to the handle bar but the buggy is in excellent condition otherwise. I also have spare wheels available. There is a slight tear in the raincover but it doesn’t impact the children getting wet. It’s great for children of different ages or siblings that like their own space.
