I know you said no trades on this one but, I noticed that you expressed an interest with Baldie Paul in his Takamine EF261 on your ad for the banjo.
Just to say, I have an EF450 in Sunburst complete with cooltube preamp.
Don't know if you are familiar with these guitars, but they are top of the range takamine. This is a you tube video of Brad Davis showing off the latest installment from takamine, the EF450DLX.

Mine is less ornate than this one (less fretdesign) & has the cool tube with built in tuner as opposed to the line driver pickup that is now installed on them.That said, the sound from this guitar when amplified is exceptional.A great performers guitar.
I hadn't intended on selling this guitar, but if you were interested, i would forward you on pictures & we could have a chat about the price difference.

have been looking into getting a lowden for a while now, i have only tried f25's but the 23 is supposed to be great for finger picking, which is what I'd be doing predominantly.

Hi ive owned this for two yrs,and never giged with it,just used it for fingerstyle stuff at home, mainly trad and drop d, dadgad etc.Ive checked serial no and its dated 1995 on the Lowden site. Cheers
