About 1 year old. Was used in its first month but have since moved to within 5 min of work so has been sitting in a shed since.

Q: Does it have mud-guards/lights?
Q: When was the last time it was serviced or cleaned (either by yourself or at a bike-shop)?

@ryshandyr: As you can see from the 2nd and 3rd pics, the bike does indeed have both mudguards and lights. And the bike was last cleaned/serviced by myself about a week ago.
