I will be traveling a good distance out of my way to get this off you, so I'm sure you understand I don't want to get down there to find that a bunch of things need changing that weren't mentioned in the ad. Once those questions are out of the way I'll be happy enough to set up a day suitable with both of us for me to come down to beautiful county Cork.
