Thanks for your offer but I'm afraid we've already been offered more as a trade in. You're welcome to come and view the car if you wish but we're a bit away from agreeing a price. I am open to offers but I doubt you'd even get an 04 Micra for €2300 at an auction.

Also, the car in the add you've posted is due its NCT next month, my wifes car has had a recent full service, is tested until 2012 and has a couple of months tax.

On the cars we've seen to date, we've been offered ~€3k in what I'd consider the most attractive deal based on cost to change. We're not fully decided on what we're buying yet but can move as quick as we need to.

@ Zapata - it's my wifes car, she's had for about 3 years, bought it from Murphy Chambers (main Nissan dealer) in Dundrum. One previous owner.

Any knocks, dents, dings or scratches?
How are the tyres?
Is the alarm the factory fitted one or is it an aftermarket one?
How many keys are there?

There's a couple of small scratches on the bumpers and no real dents to speak of.
The two front tyres were replaced before christmas and I'll need to check the rears, they were fine before christmas but have been on it a while.
I'm not sure about the alarm but would speculate that it's aftermarket but it arms and disarms seamlessly with the remote central locking. Two keys, both operate the remote central locking.
