In my apartment I have moisture coming through the wall. It looks like that a portion of the wall is block work/pre-cast concrete and the other wood and water is getting through a poorly waterproofed joint.
I want the get the wall dry lined, re-plastered and painted. Are area to be done is about 3.5m x 1.2m before it meets a slanted roof (doesnt need to be dry lined). A storage heater and skirting would have to be taken down and remounted as well.
Can you PM me an approx price and availability to give me a firm price?
