looking for ball park price to put a small toilet and hand basin in underneath the stairs like a cloak room kind of thing

bathroom suites supplied and fitted we also do tiling to a extreamly high standard.references availble and viewing of completed work available.

Looking for rough price to:

1. plumb washing machine under stairs, you would need to run
pipes from kitchen under the units and drill through one solid wall.

2. I have a small storeroom next to a small bathroom(toilet/sink). The dividing wall is not solid and I would like to fit a small kitchen sink(cold water supply only) in the empty room. The existing plumbing is easily accessible and I assume it should be easy to do. I can supply all materials.

I should have also said I am in Bray and the worktop/cabinet for the sink will be fitted and ready so the job is just to extend the plumbing and connect the sink/tap

Could you give me a rough quote on installing a heating system in a small duplex in Dublin (I'm replacing an electrical storage heating system and immersion water heater.) I will be buying all the piping / rads etc myself, so it's really a quote for labour I'm looking for.
I'll need a gas boiler put in and 6 radiators plumbed throughout the apartment. All walls are stud, so no masonry will have to be drilled through.

Im trying to a quote for some plumbing work in a ground floor bathroom.. would you be able to give me a quote? here is an outline of what I need done..

1. Toilet to be moved a few feet - requires outflow pipe (rises from wooden floor) and cistern fill water pipe to be moved.
2. Hand basin water pipes replaced and chased into wall and basin to be installed
3. Shower water pipes extended and chased into wall and shower mixer installed
4. Radiator pipe adjusted / moved slightly to fit smaller radiator - Radiator installed.

All existing fittings have been removed.. can you give me a rough estimate and an idea on how soon you could start the work ?

Hi, I have a problem with the water pump in my apartment. It doesn't always kick in when you open a tap. Upstairs is where most of the problems occur. The closer the tap is to the pump the more chance it will kick in. Gets annoying when you have to go down stairs to turn on a tap in order to get the upstairs working. Based in D2.
