Hi, I have a plumber that has let me down today. I have a leak in a hot press in Citywest since christmas eve. Since the thaw we thought it had stopped, but the hot press floor is still wet, but can't see where the leak is coming from.

There is a storage tank on top of the hot press and had assumed the overflow pipe had frozen to cause the leak but now it seems much lower down. Would you be interested in taking a look or advising, and if so what sort of rates? Thanks.

Hi,I have a pressure pump in my apartment and it has slowly gotten slower to kick in over the last couple of months. Now it hardly ever kicks in for the taps upstairs. Seems like it is airlocked or the sensitivity needs adjusting. I am based in Dublin 2.

Could you give me a rough quote on installing a heating system in a small duplex in Dublin (I'm replacing an electrical storage heating system and immersion water heater.) I will be buying all the piping / rads etc myself, so it's really a quote for labour I'm looking for.
I'll need a gas boiler put in and 6 radiators plumbed throughout the apartment. All walls are stud, so no masonry will have to be drilled through.

Waiting months for husband to do a simple job. I want the dishwasher and washine machine positions switched. Need longer pipe for dishwasher. The water mains are between both but closer to washine machine.How much for pipe or extention piece and labour? (lol.... shocking I know) Would have to be mid week and soon.
