Brand new. These were ordered incorrectly and opened so can't be returned but have never been used.

HP PSC 1410 is an inkjet printer , mlesc . These cartridges are for a laser printer .

in case any confusion was referring to my 2500C (which the parts fit)

the CP1515 uses different ones black is HP CB540A
