I just run Aida64 mem tests and difference is 10-15% between 1333-cl9-1.55V and 1600-cl6-1.65V

Hi there,

It's default is 1600Mhz as per XMP (extreme memory profile) so if your motherboard supported XMP then you get maximum speed. Well XMP should be supported with many motherboards alright.

You can run it on 1333Mhz if got older motherboard. For example very similar to this Crucial:
