Hi tommycahir - Yes the CPU is 64bit.

The PC comes with Win 7 serial as is so the asking price would still apply.

Hey, the motherboard is a gigabyte p35-ds3r.

It has 2 x corsair 6400 ddr2 2048 dimms.

It supports raid as far as I know, but I've not configured it to :)
