It should all be listed in the BIOS (usually F2 or F12 at boot) if you can't find the details in the windows device manager/system area.

The service tag is on the top of the case at the front.
Can you post one or both of them, or check specs at Dell [URL="http://www.dell.com/support/troubleshooting/ie/en/iebsdt1/ProductSelector"]website [/URL]yourself and add details.

If you look at your photo of the 2 PCs the service tag is on the sticker in front of keyboards (on top of case, at the front).
From the service tag we can get details of processor etc. and be in a better position to make you an offer.
