Oh dear, it seems I accepted SonOfTheBears offer just after Blackwell offered the asking price, not having seen his post. They passed in the ether as it were. By the rules Blackwells offer of the asking appears before I accepted the lower offer so I believe I am bound to accept Blackwells. If you don't agree we'll ask a Mod to rule on it.
