One of the best games I've ever played.
NONE of the DLC was used nor was the online multiplayer pass so you are basically getting a brand new game for an excellent price.
This Special Edition includes a PSN voucher that allows you to download the Multiplayer skin and weapon "London Drake and Pirate AK-47", Multiplayer "Upper Cut Taunt", "Cash Multiplier" and "Special Edition Decals Pack".
I can prove this DLC and online multiplayer pass were not used if you can collect from my home.
