It was stripped and sanded and resprayed white...reassembled and fitted with a new loose cover. Cheers

€50 AND IT'S YOURS. THE CUSHION COST €15 IN LIDL AND IS STILL IN THE PLASTIC COVER. SO THAT MAKES THE ROCKER €35 AND THAT DOES NOT EVEN COVER THE TIME SPENT MAKING IT LIKE NEW.
