boardseller says 10/11/2008 7:59 pm (3 years ago):you are charged by whatever network you choose, you get a sim card from the network you choose you can go pre paid broadband plan or bill pay broadband plan, (or the more expensive way of paying for your exact usage on a standard tarif but this would be fine to try out the networks in your area at peak times to see which is the best service)
