12ft x 12ft decking to be layed inc subframe.
there will also be 28ft of hand rail which will consist of 40 spindles and 4 sunburst deck panels
All material and screws will be supplied by myself look for fitting price only .
I am trying to weigh up if i should do it my self or get somebody in
