This apple ipod touch has no scratches on the front as i have had a cover on it from the start. The back does have marks & scratches from pocket use.

Batteries life is still very good. This has the Jailbreak program installed.

Not the best pics but u can see its in very good condition from it.
Like i said their are no scratches on the screen. The protector which is still would have one mark on it but that can be replaced.
Comes with speaker.
Cable to plug into computer to chrage/load music on.
Headphone "used so u might be better to use your own"

Finger prints + smuges can be wiped clean, did not do it before taking pics my bad :)
