I currently require a freelance Web Designer on a per job basis. The designer should have knowledge of flash, dreamweaver, css and photoshop. A little bit of php and javascript woudn't hurt either.
The work can be done from home so location isn't a problem. I'm looking for someone who will get sites finished in a reasonable amount of time so if a job is taken on it needs to be seen through.
Rates must be reasonable. This would probably suit someone looking for extra cash by working on the sites in the evenings
