Operational Development Executive

Overall Purpose of Job:

Our Online Operations department, managing customer registration, customer security, customer support and payments is the personification of our brand and always strives to be “best in class”. The Operational Development Team is the backbone of Online Operations. We offer operational support to all the teams within the department and make sure that they have the right tools and process in place to offer best-in-class services.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Gather requirements for new development projects
Manage projects
Work on key developments
Offer operational support to the other teams within online operations
Liaise between other teams within online operations and the rest of the business

Experience & Education:

2-3 years’ experience working on projects in an eCommerce environment
2-3 years’ experience with business analysis or managing projects essential
Knowledge of the development lifecycle
Knowledge of mobile technologies
Achieved a 2.1 honours degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in the Online Gaming industry an advantage
