Xtreme.ie is currently seeking enthusiastic outgoing individuals! We are continuing to expand and we require freelance instructors to help with our increasing demand.
Role and Responsibilities:
Instructing a multitude of high ropes, high adrenaline activities as well team building activities
Preparing site for upcoming events – cleaning, maintaining and developing site
Leading and facilitating children groups on their event
Ability to lead corporate groups and encourage team work
Assisting and supporting the event staff
Maintaining the team building adventure site
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates should have climbing experience; experience in working with ropes / working at
height; experience in working in an adventure centre
Candidates should have experience in leading groups – also experienced in dealing with
children and corporate groups
Energetic, outgoing and confident individual
Reliable, flexible and must be capable of managing groups
Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills
Confident in their ability in instructing and leading groups and relating with others
Additional Information:
This is not a full time employment position – these positions work on a contractor freelance
instructor basis – where we will book in staff as per events booked in.
We will provide full training on all team building activities
As our locations are not well serviced by public transport – your own transport is a strong
advantage
We run activities in 2 separate locations – one site is based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The
other role is in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
