Telesales Executive

Pay:

Due to further growth, Xtreme.ie is looking for a determined, professional and outgoing person to join our sales team as Telesales Executive. This is a very exciting role and has excellent earning and growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Role & responsibilities of the successful candidate:
 Office based outbound sales role calling past and potential customers to generate new business from our range of high quality services and activities
 Sending out leaflets and brochures by email and post
 Manage and grow our customer database
 You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
 Hard worker, results driven and can work on own initiative to exceed expectations
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Highly motivated, proactive, persistent and enthusiastic
 A polite, confident, persuasive and friendly manner
 Excellent organisational skills, even under pressure with matching attention to detail
 Good working knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
 Confidence using computers
 The ability to use one’s initiative, be flexible and think quickly
 Perseverance and the ability to respect customers' answers
