I first bought seperates for my own use and enjoyed them so much I went back and bought the 2 boxes. These were stored in anticipation of starting a family and with surplus in case of breakages, but neither transpired and now I'm emigrating.

"Kalahari Sands - Blue" from Crown Ceramics Ltd are built to last, you won't regret buying these.

Would advise bringing a saucer when choosing a table/tablecloth, the deep blue is normally calming but your colour scheme could also be vibrant. My preference for what it's worth is a light wooden table, or at least a sandy cloth, either of which is tranquil.

Comparable stoneware would be the Denby range at Arnotts :http://www.arnotts.ie/Product/Denby-Azure-16-Piece-Tableware-Boxed-Set/307889/400200300100 which is €286 for 16 pc, therefore 40 pc of those would be €715 and that's reduced for the January sale!

So, a rare chance to get a set of this quality at this price.
