-This is in warranty (1 year left). Not irish based.
-It comes with EU power supply, but i will give you with UK adapter.
-It has latest android market natively installed and available.
-ICS ROM is available as BETA version now , official release date is in march.

Korean Brand i mean its not generic no name like ePad iPed aAad tablets with cheap parts.
Its known brand in the other part of the world as they first got ICS 4 from google in the world.
Korean brand i mean like Samsung, Kia Motors, LG etc
