This was tested with hard drive running Windows 2000 and it had no problems.

This laptop is sold without a hard drive.

This laptop includes the charger.

I have attached photos to show the condition of the laptop.

its very easy to do in my opinion but at the same time you will need to ask some questions online if you havent done it before. ill be honest and say that i dont really have the time to help out. it does come with the charger.

realistically though its prob not much use to you if you dont have the knowledge to put a hdd in because without the hdd and installing an operating system its pretty worthless.

usb yes. i think usb 1 but not 100% sure
it comes with a charger. it doesnt hold its charge great but it does have charger.
im not sure about cardbus.
