As new - in plastic screen protectors since box was opened.
So no scratches at all - front or back.
Accessories unopened.

* unopened earphones
* A 3 pin UK/Irish usb plug instead of the 2 pin usa plug
* New Case - unopened
This phone is originally locked to a USA network-
but Its still on a firmware that unlocking is possible to do to any network - I've had it working on O2 and Vodaphone.
