Hi, I checked out the photos but the one that would show whether the camera is NTSC or PAL is blurry. It's usually written on the bottom right corner of the flip-out screen. This would be photo 9 on your post.

If this is 100% working, and is indeed NTSC, I'm happy to offer the asking price if you can ship to Dublin. Will pay for registered shipping. I have a few old NTSC tapes to capture so this would do the job.
