Selling Mac Book Pro 13" as it's not getting much use at all. Got only a week of full use, so the battery is practically new.

2.53 Intel Core 2 Duo
4 Gb RAM
500 Gb 7200 Rpm HDD - upgraded
Apple Magic Mouse
Apple Keyboard

All equipment may got about a week of use total, as I'm really windows guy. No scratches on the screen.

Currently setup with dual boot into Windows 7 Ultimate with (150 Gb Mac volume, 50 Gb Win7 system volume, 300 Gb NTFS data partition). Can do clean mac os, can leave the setup and just reinstall clean versions of both Mac OS and Win7 Ultimate.

Can throw in Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 2010 Pro to sweeten the deal.

Got all original packaging for MBP, keyboard and mouse, if this is important. Boxes are dusty thou :)

I think it’s a reasonable offer considering there is no warranty.

Refurbed macs with the same spec are regularly on the official apple site with warranty site with a warranty for 869 with the same spec so you are definitely asking too much.
