For sale is my apple Tv 160gb internal drive I have "hacked" or rather enhanced with ATV flash software (http://firecore.com/atvflash ) which adds boxee and xbmc also enables it to play almost every file type and send files over FTP, The benefit of this is that you can ftp the movie you have downloaded to the device without having to first transfer to usb or convert etc,files can be streamed or stored on this I use this as my media centre and it's truly an awesome piece of kit not to be confused with apple tv 2
Atv flash allows you to use the device as a browser on your tv
Look at full list of enhancements on firecore.com the software cost me $30 but can leave it on it if required or factory reset it's in excellent condition not a mark on it I have the box included and can throw in hdmi cable if needed
Have remote control also and can be controlled using iOS device

RickyRoma1 says 07/09/2011 11:29 am (8 months ago):good question phoneboy, I haven't tried ...however because of the ATV flash software update this enables airplay on ATV1 so yes I don't see why not ..put it this way all the other video files I watched on the ipad ( movies , you tube etc) I have been able to airplay to the device connected to the TV so again don't see why not but maybe mac forum would confirm it ..I will try it later
