Terratec Axon AX 50 USB Guitar to MIDI Sysem - translates the vibrations from each string that you strike or strum into information about the pitch, dynamics and duration of the notes to the connected MIDI sound generator. For example it's possible to create synthesizer sounds with a guitar or bass.

This requires a roland/terratec pickup like a GK3 to work. The midi tracking works great, the only reason im selling is because I upgraded to a VG99. The unit is in great condition with only a few light scratches on the underside of the unit. This sale is for just the AX50 and the adapter plug however the manual and drivers can be downloaded here http://www.axon-technologies.net/index.php?name=EZCMS&menu=10203&page_id=25&menu=10204 . Would you swap for an Electrix filter queen analog/digital filter unit?
They aren't made any more. It's in top condition with box/manuals etc. It can be used as a guitar effect or for studio use. Great fun.
