Couple of questions:

What band are they in?
Do you have ASA's for them?
Do you have a pair of remote antenna's?
Are the 10 of them flight cased?

cadanam
cadanam says 13/05/2010 5:15 pm (2 years ago):

Sorry for delay with reply.

These are all wideband FM

I dont have remote antennas.

They are not in flight cases or racked, but I do have all the rack accessories. See below links for manual & youtube video

AMPSound asked a question 15/05/2010 12:58 pm (2 years ago):

Thanks for that info.

Still need to know what band they are in though. Is it A, B, C, D or E? It should say it on a label on the box, and also on a label on the underside of the rack as well.

If you cant find the label, could you work out what frequency range they use, and I can then figure out what band they are in.

Band A: 518 to 554 MHz
Band B: 626 to 662 MHz
Band C: 740 to 776 MHz
Band D: 786 to 822 MHz
Band E: 830 to 866 MHz

Apologies I thought I had given the Frequency Range in the ad. They are Band E 830 - 866 MHz

hey there, would you swap one body pack receiver for a rack mount one? I have the rack mount, like new, still has the plastic on the screen and is the same frequency range "E".

@blatix: Sorry wouldnt have any use for a rack mount. Want to keep body pack and receivers together anyway to sell them .

eminem1985
eminem1985 asked a question 08/11/2011 5:55 pm (6 months ago):

Hi man come the 1st of january 2011 these mics will be no good to most people because of frequency changes, I'll offer you €1000 for the 9 of them and collect at your place and you can keep the ME-2 mics I only need the ME-3 ones, if your interested let me know by the end of the week

cadanam
cadanam says 10/11/2011 4:42 pm (6 months ago):

@eminem1985: I have spoken with head technician in Sennheiser and this frequency will be available for at least another year. The G2s can then be converted to another wave band at a cost of around 70 € per kit. Im sure other places will give better price than Sennheiser. They are all for sale but not for €1000.

eminem1985
eminem1985 asked a question 13/11/2011 2:03 pm (6 months ago):

Thats interesting comreg says that wireless microphones and IEM,s should no longer be used in channel 69 (band E) from the 1st of January 2012 and I don't no where you got that price of €70 per kit from because the price list I have from sennheiser says it will cost €160 per receiver, €78 per transmitter + VAT witch is a total of €287.98 each.

cadanam
cadanam says 13/11/2011 7:29 pm (6 months ago):

@eminem1985: As i said price and all info i stated is from Sennheiser Irl. .Why would you be interested in them in that case.I will PM you my details should you wish to discuss further. As you can appreciate i am trying to sell these item and this conversation is unhelpfull. Tks

Would you swap one set for this:

http://www.adverts.ie/1279756

cadanam
cadanam says 13/03/2012 12:24 am (2 months ago):

@blatix: May accept as a part trade. Im sure you know the NT5s are good bit cheaper than G2 System. Around 315 new G2 are 450-500. ? Im looking for a valve guitar amp if you by chance have one ?

blatix
blatix asked a question 13/03/2012 8:47 am (2 months ago):

Got your point, but I can't add any cash into the deal at the moment.

I already own a set :
http://www.adverts.ie/microphones/sennheiser-g2-wireless-microphone/1349365

I am looking for the set with the body pack receiver for DSLR use.

These sets are hard to sell at this price here on adverts, you probably will be luckier selling on ebay, prices for these sets are a bit higher there...

Anyway, if I sell the mics I'll comeback with a cash offer and if you change your mind for a straight swap, let me know.

Its on E band

blatix
blatix asked a question 25/03/2012 10:01 pm (2 months ago):

Hey, me again, I sold my mic and I'm ready to make an offer for a set with the body pack receiver but I have a couple of questions:

does the receiver comes with the hot shoe mount adapter for the camera? and comes with the 3.5" jack-jack + 3.5" jack-XLR cables?

And last, what's the story with the frequencies on the E band? are they not legal anymore? i've read the comreg media release and seems to be a window between 863 to 866Mhz?

cadanam
cadanam says 26/03/2012 11:17 pm (2 months ago):

@blatix: System i have does not have any camera mount with it. It came with wireless headset as seen in advert. Would imagine its easy enough to get connection and they are cheap too. Im not in the camera business myself.
Heard a rumour bout the E band been bought over but nobody seems certain if and when. im still using one with electric guitar ,no problem. I do know that the frequency can definitely be changed over to a different band for a small fee. Depends on who you know that can do it.

blatix
blatix asked a question 27/03/2012 9:31 pm (1 month ago):

Hey cadanam, Thanks for your reply, here is some info about the frequencies:

http://www.comreg.ie/_fileupload/publications/ComReg1225a.pdf

This is the most up to date info I found. It seems to be a gap between 862 and 880, which means that you can still legally use it between this range... Correct me if I'm wrong.

I offer 170€ for a set with a body pack receiver and the me 2 lavalier mic.

cadanam
cadanam says 27/03/2012 11:09 pm (1 month ago):

@blatix: Havent check frequency issue myself, but i take you word for it. € 170 too low. Tks for offer.
