Hi,
I've an ipod touch (1st generation). My daughter chewed on it (she was only 10 months old) and the thing died. I left it off for a fair bit but nothing would work until a couple of weeks ago. When I plug it in now the charging symbol appears with a red battery colour but it won't charge. From reading on google this is fairly common for a shorted battery. Could you let me know what you thing and a rough idea of the cost and time to have it fixed (going to France on Saturday so would like it before then).

I think I did not explain the problem correctly. I am nearly sure that it is not the screen problem. There is no way for me to set light sensor to manual. The screen is black and I cannot see anything on it. However when pressing button to wake the iphone u can se that the screen becomes lighter, no icons or anything is visible.

Hi, I bought a ipod touch 3rd gen on here(Adverts) and the digitizer was supposed to be the problem. I bought a new digitizer and swapped it over but the touch screen still wont work. Excellent service for a broken 3gs backlight! Apple won't go near iPhones with blue moisture indicators (hey, this is Ireland, who doesn't have blue moisture indicators?) So we contacted two other companies. One said it couldn't be fixed, the other seemed to be throwing darts at their diagnostic board. I've done electronic repair myself but surface mount requires practice with specialized equipment I don't have. But mihau fixed it quickly for a good price. No worries. I'd gladly recommend mihau!

my iphone 4 is stuck in dfu, the screen is completely black, if i hold the sleep and home button at the same time it still dosnt work, it will simply not kick out of dfu/recovery mode, when i plug it into the computer, itunes recognises it, but if i try and update it alwaysssss comes up with error 1601 or 1602, can this be fixed ? if so please write back and tell me how much, thank you

Iphone 3gs vertical scrolling little bit jump when I slide through the middle, It doesn't affect the phone itself but it is not as smooth as is should be. looks like the touch sensor in the middle of the screen doesn't work properly. Any chance to fix this? thank you very much

iphone 4 has a problem, its stuck in dfu but its not a normal one where its just stuck in dfu, the mother board is damaged i think, it connects to itunes but restore is not possible, its error 1601 but its not a typical one i took it to a repair guy and he failed to fix it , he said to me its possibly a motherboard problem, could you fix this ?
