http://www.trustedreviews.com/tvs/review/2010/11/18/Philips-46PFL9705H/p1
It was purchased October 2010 from The Philips Shop on Dame Street, and comes the remainder of a 5 year warranty.
These sets retailed at €2700 when I bought it. It's actually quite depressing when you see how much money they lose so quickly!
Amazon currently have it selling at £1340.
These sets are 3D Ready, but I don't have the 3D kit. I bought the tv for it's 2D capabilities. It's also Saorview ready.
The set is "as new", as can be seen by the pictures.
I don't have the box, so it'll be collection only. It should fit into the back seat of most cars.
Any viewing welcomed.
Like I mentioned up the top, the reason I'm selling is to get something bigger. We've moved house since I purchase the tv, and the new room could definitely handle something more substantial.
Open to offers, but nothing silly.
Anyways, that's all I can think of. Any questions, fire away.
Thanks for looking.
P.S. This is a relist of an old ad, so ignore the price in the heading!

Discussion:
Soarer says 18/01/2011 11:37 am (1 year ago):New pictures added.
You'll have to excuse the quality though. I'm not the best with a camera, and they were taken with my phone!
Soarer says 20/01/2011 2:29 pm (1 year ago):Will possibly take a diesel car in exchange, so offer away.
Soarer says 25/01/2011 11:43 am (1 year ago):Willing to move on price, if anyone fancies making an offer.
Might even take another tv in part exchange.
Soarer says 01/02/2011 2:50 pm (1 year ago):Price reduced to €1700.
That's €1000 off the retail price, and over €700 off the current sale price.
Neonbit asked a question 05/02/2011 4:50 pm (1 year ago):Offer this tv with 700 euros

Neonbit asked a question 05/02/2011 4:50 pm (1 year ago):Whoops offer withdrawn, didn't notice you were in cork sorry.
Soarer says 12/02/2011 9:43 am (1 year ago):No problem, thanks for looking.
For anyone else that's thinking of making a trade, I'll only consider 50"+.
Soarer says 04/01/2012 11:14 am (4 months ago):Ignore all the above!
Starting clean from now!
fluffy57 placed offer 05/01/2012 1:15 am (4 months ago):€300 Offered
Soarer says 05/01/2012 9:30 am (4 months ago):@fluffy57: I did say no silly offers.
Chanda placed offer 05/01/2012 5:16 pm (4 months ago):€400 Offered
i know its silly i love to buy. but don't have more budget to pay.... (sorry)
Chanda placed offer 05/01/2012 5:44 pm (4 months ago):€400 Offered
i love this,..... one more thing i can buy for €700 ? like 400 + 2 installments .... would you please ....
Soarer says 05/01/2012 6:24 pm (4 months ago):Thanks for your offer Chanda.
Unfortunately I can't do instalments as I need the cash to upgrade the tv.
Plus €700 is a little bit too low. At €1000, it's over €600 cheaper than current prices. Not to mention 45 months of a warranty left.
Gadge asked a question 05/01/2012 8:56 pm (4 months ago):Would you swap for a JTAG'd Xbox, an iPad 2, a 2TB HDD and €100?
Strange offer I know.
Soarer says 05/01/2012 10:07 pm (4 months ago):@Gadge Everything you've offered I'd have a use for, but I'd have no tv to play the Xbox on!
Thanks for the offer though.
Gadge asked a question 06/01/2012 12:23 am (4 months ago):No prob. If you get a new TV in the meantime and you still have this one, give me a shout, I can come down to Cork from Limerick and make the deal.
corkjohn50 asked a question 06/01/2012 10:05 pm (4 months ago):Would you swap for philips 46 8605 to include the 250 euro 3d kit and 100 euro it's only 4 months old
fiona.gabriela asked a question 06/01/2012 10:25 pm (4 months ago):hi. 500 € offered
Soarer says 06/01/2012 10:48 pm (4 months ago):@corkjohn50 Thanks for the very fair offer John.
I'm looking to get a bigger set, so I'll have to decline. I'd keep it if I was to stay at 46".
Thanks again though.
Soarer says 06/01/2012 10:49 pm (4 months ago):@fiona.gabriela No silly offers please guys.
corkjohn50 asked a question 06/01/2012 11:19 pm (4 months ago):What about 750 and a top of the range blu ray player or the 3 d kit, I would then try and sell my tv, John
Soarer says 07/01/2012 12:15 am (4 months ago):@corkjohn50 Hi again John.
Unfortunately I already have a Bluray player (that I never use!), and the 3d kit wouldn't be any good to me as the telly would be gone.
Thanks again though.
Soarer says 08/01/2012 2:34 pm (4 months ago):@Valued Bargains No thanks.
