Xbox 360 Elite 120GB, opened once, not flashed or banned, fully working, 2 years old. Comes with all necessary cables, one black controller and a white rechargeable battery and accompanying power lead. The console also comes with the following games:

-Fallout 3 GOTY Edition
-Fallout New Vegas
-Mirror's Edge
-Pure & Lego Batman

The card was in my rig before I last updated, I gave 2 of them to a friend, he couldn't take the second card in his case though, I'm almost positive that it's the 5970 that I have, but it might be the 5770. I can send you photos of the actual card if you'd like.

That's fine about it without the games btw.

I figured it was a bit much to go on a few stickers on the card so I put it into my system, only fair that I test it before you make a decision.

Using TechPowerUp GPU-Z it's showing up as a ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series. It has 1 gig of memory (GDDR5). It seems to be working fine, I just ran CoD Black Ops with no problems. I also ran photoshop. If there are any more tests you want me to run just let me know.

By the way, if you're into on-line gaming you should look into getting a wired connection, the KillerNIC is a brilliant card as well.

@toon4evr: Nope. Wanted to flash it, but after opening it I found out it had a Liteon 93450c DVD drive, which is quite an awkward drive to flash.
