Description

These are refurbished PS5 controllers that have had upgraded TMR joysticks installed. These sticks use magnetic rather than physical contact sensors and so eliminate the risk of stick drift creeping in over time.

The controllers are in great overall condition, with only minor marks from prior use. All have new thumbsticks added.

Price is per controller and includes free tracked postage if required, as well as 90-day guarantee. Any problems not of your making and I will repair or replace.

@APetru: Mostly 020 models at the moment. I have a 030 and a 040 both in good order. I think I do have one or two 050s also, but neither working at the moment and unsure what's wrong with them yet. What is it about the 050 that interests you out of curiosity?

Just that I have a controller shell which I want to use, and I can't just fit it in in a 040 or prior unfortunately

@APetru: Ah I see. Well, you needn't worry about that. The shells have not changes since the V2 models, so a V2 shell will fit any later model or vice versa.

The 050 did have some changes with the trigger assembly which fully prevents it from having any other shell installed other than the 050 itself

@APetru: I misspoke there earlier - it is actually V3 was when the case design changed. They have been consistent since then though. I just pulled out a V5 case now and compared the internals to a V3 case and see no differences. Both Claude and Gemini also agree on this. Are you seeing differences in the case that you have there, or have read something to say otherwise? Curious to know
