Fantastic sounding Martin D35 12 string guitar with the most beautiful Brazilian Rosewood back and sides I've seen on a guitar of this era. It's just back from having a professional neck reset which is something that every acoustic guitar needs at some stage in its life and ads value to a vintage guitar as now the geometry and set up is as good as it was coming out of the factory in 1968 with a nice tall saddle and nice low action so this guitar needs nothing to be enjoyed for a generation. These old 12 strings were notorious for belly bulges on the top from the tension of all those strings but this one is as flat as they come with the added bonus of a bridge doctor fitted inside the guitar to keep everything the way it should be. This is about as good as it gets for a vintage guitar and it's a pleasure to play with a beautiful rich open piano like tone especially on those first position chords. No pickup installed. Comes with the original vintage hard case. If this was a 1968 six string it would command 3 times the price so grab a bargain on a rare Brazilian Rosewood beauty.
Here's a link to the only other one I can find for sale in Europe. Look at the price.
