In my opinion, it's a shame to cut up such an instrument to mount a pickup. I amplified it with microphones, one glued to the body of an AKG C411 PP and sometimes another eS8 electronic. I ran it through a Soundcraft I mixer into an AER Compact Mobile 2 amplifier.

Hi,
Thanks for the offer! To be honest, at this level of instrument and with the asking price, there isn't a huge amount of room to move. I think the best thing would be to come over and give it a proper try.

I've got two amplification setups for it – an AKG C411PP pickup and an sE8 microphone – so you can play it, hear how it really sounds, and see what you think. If you like it, I'm sure we can come to an agreement.

Just to say I have a Furch and it's the best built and sounding guitar i have heard for the money. It's a Yellow Gc-CR with the pickup. The guitar has rich overtones with clear separation of the notes when playing chords. I would highly recommend Furch guitars.
