Furch Vintage 2 D SR

A wonderful Furch guitar of the Vintage 2 Series from April 2019 in excellent condition fitted with an LR Baggs Anthem pickup which has been used half a dozen times at the most. Beautifully honeyed solid spruce over AAA rosewood solid back and sides. Nice herringbone detailing on the soundhole and side binding and ivoroid bound ebony fretboard. Open butterbean Gotoh tuners old style. The Furch Vintage 2 D SR is Furch’ s take on a Martin D 28 and it measures up admirably. Furch guitars have been quietly gaining a reputation over the years as excellent guitars of great value and this guitar has been complimented to me many times referring to its fabulous sound and balanced range with a touch of deep bass. It has the odd bump but in superb condition and structurally sound. It comes with a Hiscox branded case and practically new Anthem. A decent price considering it’s a solid guitar and a top of the range pickup. I’m retired now so downsizing in many ways so I would prefer cash on this. But I might consider a decent trade but I have other acoustics and should continue downsizing. Time to be sensible !
