Martin D12X1AE with Fishman Sonitone

Thanks for looking as this awesome guitar. Purchased in 2019 when I was going through my Gordon Lightfoot stage. Thing was (1) Gordon had a lovely mop of red hair, (2) could play the 12 string beautifully; I was/am bald and can’t play the guitar or sing anyway like him.

I’m retired now with a few health issues and I want to thin the herd. It’s a beautiful guitar in excellent condition as I hardly played it. Comes from a non smoking environment
The specifications are listed from Gear4Music site. I can travel provided it’s within a 50Km of Limerick. Does not come with a case but Gator supply wonderful cases at excellent prices.

Could you put up a sideways picture to show height of saddle in the bridge, is there any 'bellying' on the top, and do you tune it to concert pitch? Thanks, john

@johnbr64 Hi John. Will do later. Under a little time pressure for pictures.
I use a Peterson tuner to tune the 12 string. It was restrung by my luthier in Limerick City.

Thanks for reply, but can it be tuned fully to concert pitch, ie:low E to high E ? Also does the top have any curve/bellying to the top behind the bridge?

@johnbr64 high e is 12.5mm and low e is 25mm

@johnbr64 Just added two more pictures. Hope they suffice. I just play the guitar, there is “bellying” on this axe. I get this strung professionally as 12 string is beyond my abilities.
The Peterson tuners are brilliant as they allow you to tune 12 string concert pitch.
I can’t do anymore.
