Washburn acoustic guitar bouzouki conversion.

This guitar came my way as a hand off from a mate. Headstock had been broken and repaired sloppily, and it was overall in a fairly sad state. When I took it home I realised it was actually quite a decent piece in terms of wood etc (mahogany body and neck, rose board), and was a reasonable grade guitar to begin with. So I fixed it up, converted it to a guitar bouzouki as is only gentlemanly in the circumstances. Neck and headstock are refinished in shellac, and there's a new bone nut. Actions decent, nice and low at the nut, and intonations fine. Body bears the marks of a hard life in terms of scratches and a few dings, but nothing too bad.
